I work with clients to develop the skills they need to achieve their goals. Whether that is to lose weight, increase overall fitness or master the perfect handstand. I strive to not only show you change in your body, but also improve your agility and co-ordination.

I find calisthenics the best combination of movement to develop strength, flexibility and length while maintaining proper body alignment to prevent injury.

Calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words meaning 'Beauty' and 'Strength'. That's what I work with my clients to achieve. A body that not only looks good, but feels good because it's strong, supple and mobile.

There are no games, no gimmicks. Just good health and a great workout.
