After fifteen years in the modelling industry, during which I appeared in major campaigns from Missoni to Guess Jeans, I've learn a lot about how to keep my body in the best shape possible.

While I started out lifting heavy weights, it made me bulky and less mobile, so I developed a gymnastics and yoga practice that used only my own body weight. Later, I discovered calisthenics and found that it was the best combination of movement to develop strength, flexibility and length while maintaining proper body alignment to prevent injury.

During one on one training, I work with clients to develop the skills they need to achieve their individual goals, whether that is to lose weight, increase overall fitness or finally master the perfect handstand. In addition to seeing a change in your body you'll improve your agility and co-ordination.

Calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words meaning 'Beauty' and 'Strength'. That's what I work with my clients to achieve. A body that not only looks good, but feels good because it's strong, supple and mobile.

There are no games, no gimmicks. Just good health and a great workout.
